Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request, contact you and manage any resulting relationship. The legal basis is your consent (the box ticked when submitting the form) and COTTE Studio's legitimate interest in handling the requests it receives.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for COTTE Studio. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. To deliver your message, the form is processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), our sending provider, acting as a processor; your request then reaches our email inbox (Gmail, Google). The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. As these providers are based in the United States, data may be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR for such transfers.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact, for client follow-up purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to studiocotte@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
